SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

Shipping is on us for orders $50 or more
$7 flat rate for orders under $50

Where do you ship?

We have 3 inventory bases: South Africa, United States of America and Hong Kong
The USA base ships to all of the United States (all 62 states)
The South Africa base ships to the whole of South Africa (all 9 provinces)
The Hong Kong base ships to Hong Kong

*We are hoping to ship to many more countries after the Covid_19 postal delays

Who do you use to ship?

In USA we use USPS, standard shipping 2-5 days
In South Africa we use Aramex 3-5 days
In Hong Kong we use Hong Kong Post 2-3 days

* We will let you know if there are any changes to these timelines

PURCHASES:

Can I return my purchases?

Yes! We allow free returns, as long as it's within 30 days of purchase - please contact us to arrange

What if I want to cancel my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at raelene@indicagirls.co . and we’ll see what we can do! We do suggest that you give the leggings/sports bra a try - we think you'll love them and after all, if you don't you can always send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please don't hesitate to contact us so we can arrange an exchange for you

84% bamboo and 16% lycra

Why charcoal bamboo?

It's an innovative fabric with great benefits like containing minerals (potassium, calcium and magnesium). It's soft, stronger and UV protecting.

How do sizes work?

Although Our sizes are based on the average body size of the the age groups represented.
