We would love you to love every item that you buy from us, but we understand once in a while that doesn't happen, so we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for another product - as long as it's within 30 days of purchase. 

We always want to improve our product and service, so please let us know your reasons for return - your feedback is like gold!
